Insurance Plans or Self-Pay
I am recognised by Aviva, Axa, BUPA and all the main insurance companies who all usually cover my fees. There may be a top up payment for BUPA customers charged at the time of the appointment.
Please check your policy for an excess or a yearly limit!
From February 1st 2023 new charges will apply:
£240 for a 40-minute new appointment, £180 for a 30-minute Botox treatment and and £130 for a 20-minute follow-up.
If you are not insured I can accept credit/debit cards by telephone. Payment is due prior to the appointment.
Some services attract additional charges:
Repeat precription fee: £10
Fee for medical report: £100-150
Late payment fee (7 days plus): £25
Please note due to the fixed costs of providing an outpatient neurology service, we have to charge a 50% fee if an appointment is booked but not attended or cancelled with less than 24 hours notice. Please let us know straight away if you can`t attend (I have a waiting list of patients who can take the appointment at short notice.)
I am not currently able to undertake medico-legal work.
